My beginnings…
I started with computer graphics in 1995 when I was 15 years old studying high school in Banska Stiavnica. I started with 3dstudio R4 running under Microsoft Disk Operating System(MS-DOS). For that time it was great piece of software and I was amazed when I’ve seen it first time (I think they did a terminator 2 with it). In first years computer graphics was definitely only my hobby. Since I was just a kid I was learning very slowly and I had also other things to do like music, school and doing stupid things what are usually kids doing. Slowly I learned to work with 3d studio myself on my own mistakes with neverending testing and trying. There was no internet, no video tutorials, no books, no help (I’m crying like a baby here right?) and at the end I wasn’t speak english at all. In our small town there were only 3 guys I knew interested in CG. We became very good friends and we passed a long way together(so gay). Nowadays one of them is a singer and guitar player at speed metal band and second one is writing/designing webpages very successfully. Our ways are split but we are still good friends. Third guy was father of the second one. He was the man who showed me 3dstudio for the first time and I’m really grateful for it. So In this section of my web I’d like to show you some of my works I did in the past. They are relatively old but the point why I’d like to show them is to show you that everyone was a beginner and everyone had to start some day and it is mainly about working on yourself and strong will to grow and follow your dreams. I’m not saying that doing CG was my only dream but it was one of them. I’m sure that one day I’ll make section similar to this but with the renderings I’m doing nowadays saying how relatively old they are and what a beginner I was in 2006…
It’s a pitty but I’ve lost all my DOS 3d images so that period of my CG life will stay unrevealed…
